Webinar 1: Exploring the Power of Art in Youth Work & Integration

In this introductory webinar, participants explored how creative arts—from painting to storytelling—can empower young people and support integration processes. The session offered practical tools for youth workers to engage diverse communities, foster self-expression, and strengthen intercultural understanding through artistic methods.
Webinar 2: Fostering Cultural Sensitivity & Empathy Through Art

This webinar focused on building empathy and understanding within multicultural groups. Using art-based practices, participants discovered effective ways to promote cultural sensitivity, create trust, and cultivate safer, more inclusive environments for young people from different backgrounds.
Webinar 3: Inclusive Strategies for Meaningful Cross-Cultural Dialogue

The final session explored how to design youth programs that truly include every participant. Through creative and dialogical approaches, the webinar presented strategies to initiate respectful cross-cultural conversations, deepen connections, and encourage active participation among diverse groups.

Photography Workshop
Creativity became a shared language during our Photography Workshop in Poland, organised within the INTARTS project.
As part of the transnational mobilities, participants from Lithuania and Greece joined local participants in Poland to present and discuss their photographs. Through images, stories, and collective reflection, participants explored themes of mutual understanding, coexistence, and diversity.
The workshop created an open space where different perspectives met beyond language barriers. Presenting photographs during the mobility strengthened intercultural dialogue and showed how visual art can connect people from different backgrounds.

Drawing Workshop
As part of the INTARTS project, a Drawing Workshop and Exhibition was held at the POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews in Poland.
Drawings and selected photographs from the project’s art competitions were exhibited in the museum, giving participants the opportunity to present their creative work in a prestigious public cultural space. The exhibition highlighted themes of diversity, coexistence, and mutual understanding through visual art.
We were honoured to have Maria Wollenberg-Kluza, a well-known Polish artist, as a member of the jury. Her professional insights and engagement added significant value to the activity. During the event, competition winners were announced and received their awards, making the experience especially meaningful for the young participants.

Music Workshop
Within the INTARTS project, a Music Workshop was organised in Poland for participants preparing to take part in the project’s song competition.
The workshop was led by Joanna Kruze, who delivered a professional vocal training session, supporting participants in developing their voice technique, confidence, and stage presence. Through practical exercises and individual guidance, participants strengthened their musical skills and prepared for live performance.
The session demonstrated how music can empower young people, support self-expression, and create shared creative experiences beyond language and cultural differences.

Using drawing as a non-verbal and inclusive tool, participants reflected on themes such as coexistence, identity, emotions, and shared experiences. The workshop encouraged young people to express thoughts and feelings that are often difficult to communicate through words, especially in multilingual and diverse settings.
The activity strengthened self-confidence, creativity, and mutual understanding, demonstrating how art can foster connection, participation, and inclusion in community life.

Music Workshop
As part of the INTARTS project, a Music Workshop was organised in Greece with the participation of young migrants from different countries.
During the workshop, participants played the cello and performed their own songs, sharing personal stories, emotions, and cultural influences through music. The session created a powerful space for creative expression, dialogue, and mutual understanding, where diverse musical backgrounds came together in a shared experience.
The activity highlighted how music can connect people across cultures, support confidence, and give voice to personal and collective narratives beyond language barriers.

Photography Workshop
Within the INTARTS project, a local photography workshop was organised in Lithuania, bringing together young participants to explore diversity, coexistence, and everyday experiences through visual expression.
Participants shared and discussed their photographs, reflecting on personal perspectives and cultural backgrounds. The workshop created an inclusive space for dialogue, learning, and creative exchange, where photography was used as a tool to communicate beyond language barriers.
The activity highlighted the role of creative arts in supporting self-expression, mutual understanding, and active participation in community life.

Drawing Workshop
The INTARTS journey continued in Vilnius on drawing workshops, where participants experienced a warm and inspiring exchange of ideas during our Calligraphy Session and Partner’s gathering. The sessions invited winners of international drawing competition and public to explore the beauty of handwritten art, share reflections, and celebrate cross-cultural collaboration.
From calligraphy strokes to cultural strolls, the INTARTS experience in Vilnius was one to remember! Participants explored Lithuania’s creative side through inspiring workshops and local adventures – made easy with our detailed travel and logistics guide.

The workshop encouraged collaboration, listening, and mutual respect, while strengthening participants’ confidence and sense of belonging.
The activity demonstrated how music can serve as a powerful tool for intercultural dialogue, creativity, and social inclusion, especially in multicultural youth work settings.

Poland
Seven cultures came together in a unique celebration of music, dance, flavours, and unity.
During the event, we had the pleasure of experiencing the richness of cultures from India, Vietnam, Kyrgyzstan, Turkey, Ukraine, the Roma community, and Poland.
The event also marked an important INTARTS milestone, where key project achievements were presented, highlighting how art can serve as a powerful tool for dialogue, inclusion, and mutual understanding.

Greece

This webinar focused on building empathy and understanding within multicultural groups. Using art-based practices, participants discovered effective ways to promote cultural sensitivity, create trust, and cultivate safer, more inclusive environments for young people from different backgrounds.
Lithuania
The INTARTS project engaged its final dissemination milestone with an event highlighting the full scope of its creative and educational actions. We presented key milestones, including research finding through surveys and focus groups interviews, the development of the Guidebook with E-Learning Modules, and a series of online webinars tailored to for youth workers.
The event also celebrated the remarkable artistic engagement fostered by INTARTS – from photography, drawing, and music workshops to international contest that encouraged young people to express their cultural stories through art. The final gathering marked a meaningful reflection on collaboration, creativity, and inclusion, bringing the project’s mission full circle.
Proud of all we achieved together INTARTS project and excited for what young artists will create next.
