The INTARTS music activities focused on performance, voice, and collective expression. Young participants, including migrants and refugees, took part in music workshops and song competitions, where they performed original pieces or interpreted existing songs.
For each country, selected winners represented the local music competitions and participated in further project activities. Music proved to be a powerful medium for emotional expression, confidence-building, and intercultural connection, allowing participants to communicate beyond linguistic differences.
Greece Winners
In Greece, the INTARTS Music Competition engaged young migrants and refugees through collective music-making and live performances.
Participants took part in music workshops where they performed their own songs and experimented with different instruments, including cello, creating a shared artistic experience.
The competition provided a safe and inclusive space for self-expression, intercultural exchange, and community building.
The top three performances reflect the diversity of voices and stories present within migrant youth communities in Greece.
Lithuania Winners
The Lithuanian INTARTS Music Competition brought together young participants from different cultural and social backgrounds, encouraging artistic dialogue through music.
Local workshops supported participants in preparing their performances and expressing their identities through sound and rhythm.
The competition highlighted music as a tool for inclusion and intercultural learning.
The top three performances, selected through jury assessment and public voting, demonstrate the creative potential of young people when given accessible and supportive artistic spaces.
Poland Winners
The Polish edition of the INTARTS Music Competition focused on vocal expression and performance skills.
Prior to the competition, participants attended a vocal workshop led by Anna Osmakowicz, supporting young people in developing confidence, technique, and stage presence.
The competition brought together young people from diverse cultural backgrounds and encouraged them to express personal and cultural stories through music.
The top three performances were selected through jury evaluation and public voting, highlighting creativity, diversity, and artistic quality.
